Más de 100.000 personas han visitado el Belen Municipal, según fuentes del Ayuntamiento de Logroño, y el día más visitado fue el día 22 de Diciembre con unos 7000 visitantes, habiendo sido inaugurado el día 18 de Diciembre, festividad de la Virgen de la Esperanza.
La nueva ordenación de Atención Primaria de Logroño, que no se acometía desde mediados de los años 80, mantendrá la calidad asistencial y la historia clínica electrónica contribuirá a mantener el mismo seguimiento a las personas afectadas por el cambio de facultativo o enfermera.
En estos términos se han expresado hoy, en una rueda informativa, la gerente del Servicio Riojano de Salud, María Luz de los Mártires, y el secretario general técnico de la Consejería de Salud y Servicios Sociales, José María Corcuera, al referirse a la reordenación de Atención Primaria de la capital riojana.
Han insistido en que los cerca de 3.000 vecinos de Varea y de Los Lirios continuarán recibiendo atención sanitaria en el centro de salud Joaquín Elizalde y han precisado que se negocia con los sindicatos los criterios de movilidad para los 40 profesionales afectados por esta reordenación, entre los que hay 18 médicos de familia y 4 pediatras.
También se han referido a que la Consejería, desde 2010, dispone de las historias clínicas de la población en soporte electrónico, por lo que los nuevos centros de salud de los usuarios afectados por la reordenación dispondrán de sus datos e informes en el mismo momento en el que acudan a consulta.
De los Mártires ha explicado que la Consejería acomete una reordenación sanitaria sin precedentes en Logroño, con una nueva y necesaria zonificación, dado que no se había llevado a cabo una distribución racional de los recursos en relación con la población desde la primera gran zonificación, a mediados de los años 80.
La nueva reordenación asume el crecimiento experimentado en la ciudad, con un incremento considerable de población, para el que la Consejería ha dado respuesta con más infraestructuras, dado que de los 5 centros de salud que funcionaban hasta 2002 se pasa a 8 y cada uno de ellos no tendrá asignados más de 30.000 usuarios.
El nuevo mapa sanitario contempla la cercanía de los centros a la población para mejorar su accesibilidad, así como entornos con más medios y más amables para los profesionales y para los usuarios, con el objetivo final es mejorar la calidad de la asistencia sanitaria, ha subrayado.
El documento final de la nueva zonificación, elaborado por los técnicos de la Consejería, se presentará mañana, día 31, al Consejo Riojano de Salud para su información, con carácter previo a la aprobación de la norma.
La previsión es que las personas afectadas por esta reordenación, que entrará en vigor en noviembre próximo, recibirán en octubre una comunicación escrita con esos cambios, aunque ya pueden conocerlos a través de la página web de la Consejería.
La apertura del nuevo centro de salud de La Guindalera ha permitido asumir un «profundo» cambio en la zonificación sanitaria de Logroño, que ayuda a equilibrar la población de referencia en los centros que tienen un mayor peso demográfico.
La Consejería, con esta ordenación, trata de equilibrar recursos y población atendida y que los centros de salud situados en las zonas más céntricas de Logroño reduzcan el número de tarjetas sanitarias que atienden para asignárselas a los construidos más recientemente.
Corcuera ha insistido en que este cambio registrado con la reordenación es «para mejor» y permite acercar el servicio sanitario a los ciudadanos.
